Synergy Chiropractic Spine & Joint Center operates as a diagnostic and treatment center for human performance and overall wellness. We are viewed as a progressive chiropractic clinic with many cutting edge, new approaches to patient treatments. As one of Lincoln’s only comprehensive manual care clinics, we offer innovative soft-tissue and rehabilitative treatments along side chiropractic care, all under one roof.
As leaders in the treatment of common musculoskeletal disorders affecting the entire body, the doctors tailor their clinical practices to meet the unique needs of their patients ranging from athletes and laborers, to children and expecting mothers.

Rehab Treatment
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) is our principle tool for rehabilitation while also factoring in more traditional strength training techniques. We strive to give our patients every opportunity to achieve their performance goals, be it in their daily living, recreational activities, or athletic events. We encourage a patient's active participation in their care by providing personally tailored rehab exercises to learn here and take with you to maintain at home.

Soft Tissue
Our office utilizes multiple techniques geared towards soft tissue rehabilitation. Active Release Technique (ART) is a soft tissue management system designed to rid injured areas of scar tissue. Our doctors employ ART in musculoskeletal disorders to remedy injuries such as carpal tunnel, shin splints, rotator cuff, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, patella tendonitis, tennis elbow, headaches, back pain, and countless others. The common denominator in all of these conditions is they are often a result of overused muscles. Other methods of treatment include Graston, Dry Needling, and Kinesiology Taping.

Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic manipulations (adjustments) are primarily utilized to help restore normal function and motion to a joint that is fixated. While most people notice an immediate benefit to these manipulations, there are many long term benefits that most don't think to consider. Through peer reviewed literature, adjustments have been shown to increase mechanoreceptor (good) input to a joint and surrounding tissues as well as turn off nociceptive (bad) input which, among other symptoms, causes pain and inflammation.
